UI/UX design

Design that feels obvious.

Research, flows and systems your team can ship.

What we build.

Good interface design is mostly invisible: people do what they came to do without thinking about it. We talk to your users, map the flows, test prototypes before they are built, and hand over a design system your developers can actually use.

  • User research

Interviews, usability tests and a review of your analytics, summarised into decisions.

  • Flows and information architecture

How people move through the product, and what goes where.

  • Interactive prototypes

Clickable prototypes to test ideas with users and align stakeholders.

  • Interface design

Every screen and state — including empty, loading and error — for mobile and desktop.

  • Design system

Tokens, components and guidelines in Figma, matched to code where we build it too.

  • Developer handover

Annotated specs, a walkthrough and design support while your team builds.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Understand

Interviews and analytics to find where people struggle and why.

  2. 02

    Map and sketch

Flows and low-fidelity layouts, so we agree the structure before the style.

  3. 03

    Prototype and test

High-fidelity prototypes tested with real users, then refined.

  4. 04

    Systemise and hand over

A component library and specs your developers can build from.

Typical timeline

3–8 weeks

A focused redesign of one key flow can take 3 weeks; a full product and design system takes longer.

  1. Week 1Research and audit
  2. Week 2Flows and wireframes
  3. Weeks 3–5Prototype, test, refine
  4. Final weekDesign system and handover

Ways to engage

  • Fixed-scope projectWe scope it together, you get a fixed quote and timeline, and we ship it in weekly milestones.Fixed quote after a free scoping call
  • Design or build sprintOne to three weeks, one goal. You leave with a working prototype or a shipped feature.Fixed quote after a free scoping call
  • Monthly product teamA dedicated designer and engineers on a monthly plan. Pause or change scope with 30 days’ notice.Fixed quote after a free scoping call

Every quote is fixed before work starts.

Common questions.

Can you work with our developers?

Yes. We hand over in Figma with tokens and specs, join your stand-ups during the build and review what ships.

Do we need research?

Even five short interviews change decisions. We scale research to your budget, but we do not skip it.

Can you improve an existing product without a full redesign?

Often that is the better choice. We find the flows that cause the most trouble and fix those first.

Do you design for accessibility?

Yes. Contrast, focus states, touch targets and screen-reader labels are designed in, aiming for WCAG 2.2 AA.
