What we build.

People decide in the first minute whether an app stays on their phone. We design around the one thing your app does best, build it for iOS and Android from one codebase when that makes sense (and natively when it does not), and take it through store review to launch.

  • Product scope and flows

The smallest version worth launching, mapped screen by screen.

  • App design and prototype

A clickable prototype you can put in people’s hands before we write production code.

  • iOS and Android build

One shared codebase where it fits, native modules where performance or platform features need them.

  • Backend and APIs

Accounts, data, payments and notifications, built and documented.

  • Store submission

Screenshots, listings, privacy labels and review handled for the App Store and Google Play.

  • Crash reporting and analytics

So we can see what breaks and what people use from day one.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Map the core loop

What someone opens the app to do, and how fast they can do it.

  2. 02

    Prototype and test

A clickable prototype on real phones with a handful of real users.

  3. 03

    Build in releases

Weekly test builds on your phone through TestFlight and internal testing tracks.

  4. 04

    Launch and listen

Store release, crash monitoring and a first round of improvements from real usage.

Every project follows the same five stages with weekly demos. See the full process

Typical timeline

10–16 weeks

A focused first release with accounts and one core feature is usually 10–12 weeks including store review.

  1. Weeks 1–2Scope, flows, prototype
  2. Weeks 3–10Build in weekly test releases
  3. Weeks 10–12Beta, store assets, review
  4. After launchFixes and the next release

Ways to engage

  • Fixed-scope projectWe scope it together, you get a fixed quote and timeline, and we ship it in weekly milestones.Fixed quote after a free scoping call
  • Design or build sprintOne to three weeks, one goal. You leave with a working prototype or a shipped feature.Fixed quote after a free scoping call
  • Monthly product teamA dedicated designer and engineers on a monthly plan. Pause or change scope with 30 days’ notice.Fixed quote after a free scoping call

Every quote is fixed before work starts.

Common questions.

Native or cross-platform?

Most products launch faster with React Native or Flutter and one codebase. If your app relies on heavy graphics, background work or deep platform features, we recommend native and explain why.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes, including listings, screenshots, privacy details and responding to review feedback. The apps are published under your developer accounts.

Can the app work offline?

Yes. We decide early which features must work offline and design data syncing around that.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, the store accounts and every credential are yours from the first day.
