What we build.

A SaaS product has to work on day one and still make sense at a thousand customers. We start with the smallest version people will pay for, and build it on foundations — accounts, roles, billing, data model — that do not need to be thrown away when you grow.

  • MVP scope

The smallest set of features that solves the problem well enough to charge for it.

  • Product design

Dashboards, tables, settings and empty states designed as one consistent system.

  • Multi-tenant foundations

Organisations, roles and permissions, audit logs and secure data separation.

  • Billing and plans

Subscriptions, trials, seats and invoices, connected to your payment provider.

  • Integrations and API

Webhooks, a documented API and the integrations your customers ask for first.

  • Operations

Monitoring, backups, error tracking and a deployment pipeline your team can run.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Define the first paid version

Who pays, for what, and which features can wait.

  2. 02

    Design the system

Key screens and a component library, so new features look like they belong.

  3. 03

    Build on solid ground

Auth, roles, billing and the data model first, then features in weekly releases.

  4. 04

    Launch and grow

Onboarding, analytics and a roadmap shaped by what customers actually do.

Every project follows the same five stages with weekly demos. See the full process

Typical timeline

8–14 weeks to MVP

After launch most SaaS clients move to a monthly product team to keep shipping.

  1. Weeks 1–2Scope, data model, key screens
  2. Weeks 3–4Auth, roles, billing foundations
  3. Weeks 5–12Features in weekly releases
  4. LaunchOnboarding, analytics, monitoring

Ways to engage

  • Fixed-scope projectWe scope it together, you get a fixed quote and timeline, and we ship it in weekly milestones.Fixed quote after a free scoping call
  • Monthly product teamA dedicated designer and engineers on a monthly plan. Pause or change scope with 30 days’ notice.Fixed quote after a free scoping call

Every quote is fixed before work starts.

Common questions.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a short technical review, tell you honestly what to keep and what to fix, and agree a plan before changing anything.

Do you build the backend too?

Yes — APIs, databases, background jobs, billing and infrastructure. One team owns the whole product.

How do you handle security?

Role-based access, secure defaults, dependency scanning, encrypted secrets and audit logs are part of every build, not extras.

What happens after the MVP?

Most clients keep a monthly product team with us. You can also take it in-house; we document and hand over everything.
